Urban Outfitters
When Alex and I went shopping in Toronto, we were pretty disappointed with UO. Both locations (Queen St., Yonge) didn’t offer us anything we wanted. We walked away pockets full and hands empty. The last time we visited the store, we couldn’t find much either. Likewise to the trip before that and so on, etc. Does anyone else feel this way?
I think Urban Outfitters is going downhill. The store is starting to resemble Forever 21 (or better, Forgery 21) more and more in both quality and style. The clothes are crappily made and I feel like they’re so overly-trendy that they can’t even be worn in outfits without looking like overkill.

This outfit was from Thursday! Alex and I didn’t feel like staying inside for our sign-in class, so we went outside to enjoy the weather.

and I went to the Toronto Courthouse to watch live cases being judged. We went shopping for a bit afterwards. We only had an hour and a half, so Alex and I went into speed mode. I bought the American Apparel Cotton Seersucker Bloomers in White Royal Blue Seersucker (part granny panties, part awesome) + Dolcetta by Dolce Vita Colourblock sandals in Black (on sale for $40!) and Sparkle and Fade Colourblock short in Nude from Urban Outfitters. I also picked up a pair of denim cutoffs!
Shopping always gets me excited for upcoming seasons!
