Hey! It’s definitely possible to work at Aritzia! I worked at McDonald’s immediately beforehand (Tim Horton’s before that) and I didn’t have any retail experience. Aritzia just looks for employees that are outgoing and are interested in fashion/clothes!
As for interviews, ensure that your personality and interests comes across to the manager. Even if your past experiences with other employers don’t directly relate to retail, present them in a way that make them seem like they’re a big asset! As well, smile, eye contact, dress for the job, etc.
